Subject: NPCs become idle after standing in Shadow Refuge
Location: Fields of Ruin – Summit Waypoint – North of Summit Peak
Description: When Shadow Refuge is cast on two dueling NPCs, they gain the Stealth boon and stop attacking. After the boon has worn off, the NPCs remain idle.
Expected Result: NPCs continue to fight each other.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Select a Thief player character with the ability to cast Shadow Refuge.
2. Move the player character to plateau north of the Summit Peak point of interest in Fields of Ruin.
3. Cast Shadow Refuge on dueling Iron Legion Soldier and Ebon Vanguard Warrior NPCs.
