I changed the time option to show server time but it is the same as local time (asia time). Is this a bug?
Reported in game bug numerous of time and ticket submitted twice but the team seems to just ignore me with official replies and told me to go to option to set server time.
I seriously hope Anets would give a proper answer here how am I supposed to fix this?
Thanks

Depending on where you are located in Asia (there are 11 time zones in Asia) it is possible that your location is 12 hours ahead of where the servers are located on the West Coast of the U.S.A.

If this is the case, then your server time (GMT -7) and local time (GMT +5) would look the same numerically, but one would say AM and the other would say PM.

Is this the case? Does your time change from AM to PM, or PM to AM, when you change from Local to Server time?

In Asia eleven different time zones are used. These time zones span from UTC (GMT) +4 to UTC (GMT) +10. Several countries offset their local time in increments other than a full hour. As an example, India is 5 and 1/2 hours ahead of UTC (GMT) time represented as UTC (GMT) +5.5. The Asian country of Nepal is five hours and forty-five minutes ahead of UTC (GMT) time, represented as UTC (GMT) + 5.75.
Most countries in Asia do not use Daylight Saving Time. Countries that do use Daylight Saving Time in Asia are Armenia and Azerbaijan and in the Middle East Region, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, the Palestinian regions and Syria.
