During the last mission, when we go to kill Zhaitan, there is a fight with Mouth of Zhaitan boss. After killing it, we all saw that there is something to be picked up from it, but when we moved towards it, the cutscene and “teleporting” us to the ship’s deck prevented us from grabbing the loot.

I had the same issue, but i logged and redid it (causing the quest to reset) .. it was some junk blue item.

I’ve done personal story on 3 characters. Upon beating the Mouth Of Zhaitan, the cut scene immediately began and did not allow anyone from party to loot his body.

upon defeat, there should be at least a 30 second delay before the cut scene, or a talk to NPC to begin cut scene. I feel I might have lost a potential exotic named weapon drop from not looting him.

Agreed, this was poorly designed. I hope they add a little dialogue from the NPCs so you can finally snag your hard-earned loot.
