The Skirtt NPC for the skill point in Queensdale/Windloss Delves in the server Sorrow’s Furnace has been missing for some time now.

This bugged for me yesterday on the same server. I logged out then back in and he was back in the overflow server. I was then able to complete it so you may need to be in overflow until they fix it
