I thought I’d make a post for all of us to list the skill challenges that are still bugged after the 9/25 patch. For ANet’s benefit, use this format:

Zone: Cursed Shore
Skill Challenge: not sure what the task is since there is literally nothing there (not even like where the map shows the quest but the thing to kill is just gone), but it is supposed to be in one of the first areas, between persuit pass and Fields of Gold. Where the BLTC, Waypoint, Vista, POI, and Skill Challenge, armor repair and scout are all in one camp area

Server: Yak’s Bend
Zone: Lornar’s Pass (False Lake)
Skill Challenge: None since there is nothing to click on or talk to. Just a map location next to the Jetsam Isle.

Sea of Sorrows
Diessa Plateau
Combat skill challenge – at the bottom of the "cow"tapult vista tower. NPC is completely missing.

After 10/1 Patch:

Loch Jezt – Metrica Province, Tela Range – Plains of Ashford, and Butcher – Diessa Plateau (base of vista catapult tower) on Sea of Sorrows have been fixed.

Beetlerun skill challenge is still bugged. The NPC has gone from laying dead on the ground to being missing completely again.

Loch Jezt – Metrica Province skill point is still bugged:
