I beleive the Child’s Sorrow skill point in Snowden Drifts isn’t working.

Iv’e been asking a few other players and checked a few guides just to confirm the location of the challenge and, sure enough, the NPC doesn’t show.

Ive seen it activate periodically (somehow), in fact ive been observing it for almost an hour now and it hasnt reset or completed in any way. Nobody can get to it.

Any feedback would be ace!

The wiki says we are supposed to talk to Stinging Wind. I would LOVE to talk to Stinging Wind and get this started….except he’s not there….
