Guild Wars 2

1. I used Writs of Experience on my Mesmer Charr to level up from level 22 to level 26
This level up did not give any heropoints

2. Then i used some Tomes of Knowledge to level up to level 31
This level up also did not give any heropoints.

Yeah I did the same thing on with my human theif about 6 levels and didn’t get any points either.

Pretty annoying.
