Thield Drill Sergeant will not attack so that I may obtain the “Train with the militia” renowned heart in Queensdale.

This has been reported before so they may be aware of the issue, but it has not yet been acknowledged on the forums.

• NPC – Sword Drill Sergeant & Shield Drill Sergeant [ 1 , 2 ]
  At the Township of Claypool in Queensdale the Sword Drill Sergeant has her sword sheathed and the Shield Drill Sergeant does not have a shield so players cannot train with them

However, you can still complete the Renown Heart by shooting the targets with the rifle in the middle training pen.
