Going through my characters for the collection unlocks I suddenly got the collection opened for the Tormented Weapon Collection with the Tormented Axe in it.

Unfortunatly I do not own that skin or weapon on any of my characters or even in my wardrobe (i checked and sadly it was only unlocked in the collection and not there. So no free one for me)

I have this as well – a Jade weapon skin and a Zodiac one in the collection (but not wardrobe), neither of which I own.

The same bug occurred on my account as well with one of the ascended armor pieces. Not unlocked in the wardrobe nor I even have any character at 500 in any crafting discipline, but the collection picked it up from somewhere regardless.

I am also affected by this bug. For example there are more Lovestruck weapon skins unlocked in the Collection section than there should be. (I don´t own the Lovestruck Hammer , Mace, Rifle skins yet they are unlocked in the Collection).

any of the posters to this topic do PvP in the “glory days”? Please confirm….

I think the skins to which you refer were “earned” as PvP only skins during the “glory days”. I recall seeing them appear in inventory from opening glory chests &/or using the PvP Mystic Forge. Accordingly I also have SOME of them showing as unlocked in collections but NOT unlocked in wardrobe. However, the skins that I actually used in PvP PRIOR to the merge are still available in wardrobe.
