This traits says it converts 7% of power to vitality. However, when you equip signet of might or banner of strength the power is not being converted to vitality.
This happens with more classes’ traits where a certain % of some attribute is converted to another attribute. Bug or intentional, not every source that increases the first attribute tributes to the % increase, apparently.
