Hello,
Since last update. I got an odd appearance on my alt and I can’t change this appearance.
Anyone knows this bug ?
Anyway to fix it myself ?

have you accidentally equipped an outfit on them? it can happen sometimes when you unlock one.

check in the outfit tab in the hero panel, and untick the box on any outfit you might have there.

If you give more details/information, possibly someone can offer assistance.

You can try a -repair of the client; instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Search – Repair’.

Accidentally or not, I have an outfit equipped.
I disable that outift and now, everything is fine.
