During the very first chapter of Iron legion warband’s personal story, where our PC is making some sort of ghostbanisher musket thing, i noticed that all of my skill slost are unlocked as well as the elite slot, i thought it was already unlocked but i just didnt notice because i was busy leveling, was level 12 at that time and I didnt quite remember at which level the utility slots started to unlock, i can pick the skills in the corresponding slots except the elite slot which i thought it might be glitched im not even lv 31 afterall. as I completed the story, the slots is carried over to pve i can use the utility but i cant change them which made me suspicious, and i checked wiki and find out my level is not high enough to unlock utility slots.
Yay, NPE bug strikes again :P (I’ve missed saying that lol). Seriously now, it’s indeed a bug, you aren’t supposed to have those slots unlocked at that level. It seems to be the same bug that happened just after NPE got released (then why my joke) and looks to be back.
