The skill challenge Warmaster Yulia is not in Vigilant Hills where it should be. This skill point is completely missing due to a bug causing me not to be able to get 100% map completion. Please fix this i know its an issue for many other servers aswell. I am currently on northern shiverpeaks.

Anyone know when this will be fixed and or anyone else having the same issue?

Bugged for me, as of 10 minutes ago.

I am also having this issue. Event is popping up but no enemy to be found.

We’ve had the same bug at least for four days.

Bugged for the last few days on Darkhaven, and right now at least on Henge of Denravi.

I just encountered this bug tonight on Crystal Desert as well. This seems functionally the same as the problem with another skill challenge in Gendarren Fields — Klakka the Brain. Together, these two skill challenges are preventing 100% completion of Gendarren Fields.

The challenge event UI is displayed when you’re in the area, but though Warmaster Yulia’s map icon clearly shows her to be at the piles of wood below the Vigil’s keep, she is not visible and cannot be fought. Seems likely that she’s trapped beneath the terrain somehow.

Unlike Klakka, however, no chat text from Yulia can be seen. Don’t know if that’s just because the NPC doesn’t actually say anything or if that’s a significant detail.

Bugged for the last 2 days on Seafarer’s Rest, hopefully it will be addressed in the next patch or reset.

going on 2 weeks now for Sanctum of Raul, and more skill point bugs are popping up every day. It’s gotten to the point where I am surprised when one actually works – sure would be nice to hear from Arena Net on this issue. We’ve been very patient, they need to give some feedback now, or fix the problems now, doing neither is indefensible.

I remember reporting this and several other skill points that were bugged in a similar manner in the beta, most were not fixed. The only way to get this skill point is to either switch servers for a day (not recommended), try to get to an overflow, or just wait and keep checking back. The first two methods aren’t even a guarantee, but i’d suggest the overflow method. Those methods go for any of the bugged skill points you’ll surely come across again.

Still broken on Yak’s Bend today.

Fixed and repeatable on Dragonbrand as of 10/2.
