I was able to reliably reproduce this the other night after it happened the first time. I ported down to the waypoint SW of the guild hall with the intent to walk through the zone door. Remembered I needed something from my bank so just clicked on the waypoint in the center of the GH. This is what it looked like when I did that the first time. I was so rattled I forgot to get screen shots. So I tried it again and I was able to recreate the bug.
