In the quest heart in the bloodtide coast, one of the things we are told to do is to break up fights, rouse knocked out pirates with water, and destroy the rum.
Destroying rum works fine, the rest don’t
Water does not rouse the knocked out pirates.
I tried positioning myself in all sorts of ways before throwing the water but nothing helps.
As for breaking fights, I could find none.
Had to finish the entire quest heart just from the rum thingy…
