I’m having trouble in my Charr peresonal story. I chose the Order of Wispers in my lvl 30 story. Now in lvl 40 story it sends me to the Vigil? I don’t want that.

Did you do the last mission in Chapter 3 with another player? If you accept progress, it will set your next mission to the same as the other player’s, even if they’re in a different order than you are. Once you’re finished with the current storyline, it’ll return to normal (unless you again accept another player’s progress.)
