Guild Wars 2

There’s a bug on the server for one of the skill challenges.
When you try to click on the npc to activate the challenge all she does is sit there.
The skill challenge is in the norn starting area, the npc is “Bear shaman marga”.

Please sort this bug out.

Map: Wayfarer Foothills
Will not active when I great the person.

Yaks bend is the server.

I can verify this as well.
