Hi,
since yesterday i notice many players that me, or other team mates try to finish after downstate, and we simple can’t.
Every time is like about 3-4 tries, we finished the animation of finish, and nothing. the player still getting health and get up, or we quit and kill him by damage.
its not lag coz some of them says “glitch or im bugged”.

Yeah, I noticed this in WvWvW yesterday. I took a guy down and proceeded to “finish him” only for nothing to happen, tried again and same thing he just carried on healing, so I had to finish him off with attacking instead which was slow since he was still healing rather fast even when I was attacking him!

This happens sometimes due to lag, I think, when your client shows the player in one location, and you finish them, but their actual location is further away, out of finisher range. Try firing a projectile at them, see where it goes, and if you can finish them from there.
