I have been trying to test this with a friend, as there is a way for elementalist to enter downstate with 99 % hp provided certain conditions are met. From what we have gathered, you need 2 things:
If you go down with this, regardless of your downed penalty or attunement, you will enter the downstate with 99 % hp. There seems to be a cooldown, however. We haven’t been able to test this exactly, but we think it is 60s, the same as the runes’ 6th bonus. This cooldown seems to go off even if you don’t have the right traits.
As you can imagine, we haven’t been able to figure out what causes this bug, since it seems to work only with Runes of Vampirism (Scholar, Earth and Lich were also tested), and 2 specific traits that don’t seem to have anything to do with eachother. The 3rd GM trait won’t trigger the bug. Additionally we tested thief and Acrobatics, the corresponding traitline to Water, and that didn’t work either. So we would really appreciate if a dev took over from here, as there is a limit to how much we can test.
