Hi, I recently sent a bug support submission that has been in que over 24 h. I have read that I was supposed to receive some sort of confirmation email from anet? I have a gmail email tied to my account, and I am aware of the issues. Thus, I have checked my spam and main box, but still I do not see anything.

Did you use the in-game bug report feature? If so, you will get no confirmation. If you submitted a request through the Customer Support website, and hear nothing after 72 hours, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky in Account Issues for Tickets 3-Days and Older.
