Hello

A while ago, I obtained an ascended greatsword true the current event (Caladbolg Orchida). I transmuted it to the “Greatsword of the dragon’s deep”.

Now I want to change his stats in mystic forge, but when I put it in my inventory, it doesn’t show up in the box of the mystic forge, so I can’t use it there. I’m sure it isn’t in a hidden bag, and I’m sure all the correct items are in my inventory..

I think this ain’t normal :/ is it beacause it isn’t crafted? I rly don’t have a clue what’s wrong..

I believe you can change the stats by just acquiring (trading your old one) a new Caladbolg Greatsword (for an amount of Unbound Magic). Of course, you would lose any upgrades.

seems to be a good plan.. but Ridhais isn’t anymore in my home instance :/ I need to talk to the Pale Tree? How am I suposed to do that?

She is, just not in the same place as before.

In Rata Sum, she’s on/near the left-side stairway that goes over the main structure directly in front of you, i.e. go forward, up the ramp/stairs, turn left and head back down the stairs in the back (to the left).

Not sure where she ends up in the other four (you can use Rata, no matter your race).

PS probably needs to be a character who originally made a Caladbolg

But I think it isn’t logical it can’t be changed in the mystic forge..

It is, sorta kinda — it’s not your usual ascended. Don’t forget what you promised Ridhais

I won’t toss it into the Mystic Forge or anything, I promise.
