Guild Wars 2

Two of my friends have a problem with the hero point northwest of the Vale waypoint (Queensdale), the one where you have to consume the item that you recieve in your inventory. They do not see the hero point on the map and do not have an option to recieve/take the item. Their accounts are fresh and so are the characters.

Hero Challenges do not become available until Level 11 on new accounts. Once the first character is L11, Hero Challenges become available to all levels of characters account-wide.

Just give your friends a bit of time (and leveling).
