I finally get Saboteur Aerin down to 50% health and he seems to be bugged at that point. Even using a shattered Sun crystal to break his shield, he did not even become vulnerable so that I could defeat him.

It was insane. It is almost like you reach a certain point with the crystal use and nothing works. The cycle seems to be on a loop and cannot be broken. I spent over 1/2 an hour just trying to get past that 50% point without success.

I tried submitting an in-game bug report, but the submit button stayed greyed out so that appears to be broken too.

I hope someone checks on this because its a shame not to be able to complete this.

Perhaps you need a title, and that’s why the submit button is greyed-out.

There are two titles in the bug report that I used…unfortunately, they do not have any title that actually fits the “story/combat” issue that I was trying to submit.

The two I used appeared as choices…so if they are not supposed to be choices why are they in the listing? I would think their listing needs to be expanded a bit.

Anyway, here is a shot of the /bug box as it is before any posting.

Again, perhaps the field ‘Title’ needs some amount of characters before the ‘Submit’ button will be viable.

Nothing to do with the drop-down menus.

Did you target Aerin before trying to use the sun crystal skill? If I try to hit him without him being targeted beforehand, the attack will miss.

And yeah, you HAVE to type in a title to submit a bug report.

Ok, the problem with the submit button …..each of those title boxes only offers drop down menus to chose from. If you look at my initial image of it, both fields are using the text offered on those drop down menus…you can’t write anything into either of those fields, only chose an option offered.

As for the issue experienced while leaping to this guy…I was using the crystals to leap to him, but kept bouncing off his shield like a rubber ball. I also attempted to quickly start firing a skill once I hit him, which did not work either.

Are you absolutely sure you’re:

1. Getting the correct crystal (the orange ones that will spawn near him when he does his shield phase).

2. Targeting (simply clicking on him would suffice) him before using the aspect skill.

A third title field? I did not notice that. I’ll check in the game when I log back in. Some of the graphics are fairly dark and difficult to see..so if there is a third field there, it was not evident or obvious to me. Thanks for pointing that out.

BTW, I was using the orange crystals, but every time I jumped to him, I bounced off his shield like a rubber ball. I still think this was buggy for me. I am planning on trying again, but its not going to work if the cycle is broken and needs to be fixed. I can leap with crystals to my heart’s content but bouncing off his shield every time I did seemed like a fruitless venture so I decided to bug it and see what the devs would say.

It shows quite clearly in your screenshot. The ‘Title’ field is right above where you type the body of your report.

Yep there is a chance they aren’t targeting him before using the crystal. I had the same problem before someone on here told me about having to do that. I have had no trouble since.
