Hey guys, i contacted support but they don’t seem to understand my issue. Been playing with my wife for awhile now, we normally chose the exact same story and play our missions togather. We always chose yes at the end of a quest chain to progress our story. However, during “liberation” the final quest of chapter 2 for humans if you chose the lost sister, i completed it but it gave no recognition for her completing it. Normally that wouldnt be an issue, however all it tells her tyo do in the story navigator is that she recieved mail, like you get when you first start your storyline from the very beginning. Although she has no mail whatsoever. If anyone has experienced this or knows how to go past it, please let me know. All support said was that if she wasnt past lvl 20 then she couldnt complete it, she was lvl 25 when it happened. Nor could she of done the pre reqs to the quest if she wasnt.

Make sure her mailbox is not full; in fact, clean it out completely if possible. Although it sounds odd, sometimes mail is stuck in the queue for the TP, so make sure to pick up anything waiting at the Trader, as well.

She can also try a -repair of the client, just in case of a corrupted file. She can find the instructions for repairing at: Top of Page – Support – Knowledge Base – Search (Repair).

Make sure to completely log out of the game and back in after any of these possible solutions.
