The Hylek skillpoint in Province Metrica is still bugged. The NPC is just dead and doesnt revive.

Doesn’t work in Far Shiverpeaks either. The NPC has been dead for almost 2 weeks now, and it is the last thing I need for 100% world completion. Today’s patch didn’t seem to fix it (don’t know if it was supposed to)

It always bugs out after it got beaten once. So only the people who are there right after server restart have a chance.
