I was doing all the diving events. I have done 37 out of 38. The one “missing” is the newly added one (in Gendarran Fields – Broadhollow Bluffs). I have jumped the last jump twice now without getting the achivement for it.
I recived every other one but this one! I did get the puzzle achievement first before the dive if that matters in the slightest.
