Guild Wars 2

I have a level 80 char who after double clicking (or use) the manual, it produce a “click” sound but did not unlock the traits. I put this manual in the bank and my another char was successfully used it. Help! Pretty useless char if she cannot have those traits.

To unlock each manual you must first unlock the previous tier manual.
Have you unlocked Adept and then unlocked Master already before trying to unlock Grandmaster?

Oh, this char only has unlocked adept but not the master, thank you very much. Didn’t know this requirement.
