Hey!

Few days ago i got a spam mail from a gold seller.
I reported him for spamming and then the next day i start having trubbles about reciveing mails.
My friends have tried to send me mails but i can’t recive them.
First i thought thy might have spelled my name wrong or so.
But today did i buy 1 black lion salvage kit for 300 Gems! And i didn’t recive it :C
(i have checked trading post also but it’s not there either)

Please fix my mail in game~
Thanks /Kite

Is your inbox full? If you have 10 items from other players in your inbox, you won’t receive more until you delete the extra.

Found the problem!
it said 9/10, so it looked like it wasn’t full.
But i had a “green star mail” and it didn’t show up as a regular mail but it took a space like one.

deleting the green star mail solved the problem and it’s now telling me i have full email.
Thanks!

Mails from NPCs and other ingame sources that aren’t players don’t directly count towards the 10 mail limit. However, there is a maximum size limit to the amount of total mail including the NPC and player mail.
If you reach the maximum amount of NPC mails, you will use 2 mail slots that are normally reserved for player mail. If you have 9-10 player mails before getting to that point, you can have 1-2 NPC mails less.

The best solution for this is simply removing all NPC mails when you don’t need them anymore.
