Okay in today patch, I did the first version of the backpack.
Then I received the mysterious vine and the new seed.

I made the Chaos Infused Clay Pot then I used it on the new seed.
I made the Package of Ley Line Dusted Plant Food, and I used it on the seed again.

Now I’m stuck on the step “cultivated sprout”.
The description is as follow “This young carnivourous plant seems restless.Feed it something soothing, like Oasis Soaked food plant to calm it down”.

The only items that is left to me is the Attuned Grow Lamp with the following description:
“Doubleclick to shine on a cultivated shoot
With a hefty helping of luck, this lamp should get the most stubborn plants to grow toward its light”.

And that its’ I’m stuck there with a “cultivated sprout” and a item for a “cultivated shoot”.

Please help.

I have exactly the same problem.

You can get the item you need from the geode vendor in Dry Top’s Centaur Camp by talking to her (It’s a talking option).
