From the game update notes:
*Burning Arrows: Reduced the recharge of longbow abilities by 20% in addition to dealing 10% bonus damage against burning foes.
As of about 5PM EST yesterday, the trait text did not reflect these changes. I didn’t test the CD in game, so it might just be a text glitch.
