I have bought 5 mystic forge stones for 250 gems, but i haven’t received nothing for mail and when i have spoken to a blacklion trader there aren’t nothing to take, but in the recent purchase i see the the purchase.
Have i lost the money ?
Have others had the same problem ?

I just bought 5 mystic forge stone as well and I did not get it in the mail.

1. Remove some email from your box; this helps a lot of people.
2. If that doesn’t work, create a support ticket.

The staff will be able to investigate just where your transaction got stalled, which might be in email or might be even before that. I’ve seen in other posts that ANet has said that gems/items are never “lost,” only confused about what to do next and nearly always, they can fix whatever it is shortly after working on the ticket.
