Somehow people are able to attempt to buy under vendor value in the BlackLion market.

As you can see in the picture i put an offer of 9 copper however the items vendor price is 9 so i must offer a minimum of 10, then you can see some of the custom offers at 8 copper and under…

This should have been fixed by now. Pretty sure its been in the game since the TP started working.

Is it possible that those offers are from before it was fixed? I imagine some people put in offers and then leave it or forget.
