Guild Wars 2

I was defending a keep and was standing at the top of the door on the keep walls. At one point the door got broken down and I fell through the ground and into the ‘broken door’ which wasn’t there so I was in the doorway but couldn’t move around and couldn’t attack invaders, but I couldn’t get attacked either. The invaders also didn’t seem to see me while I was clearly in the doorway. I tried to escape from this glitch but couldn’t through jumping around or moving. I couldn’t teleport out to a waypoint as I was in combat which meant I had to wait till the battle was over and then I teleported. This glitch was very annoying and caused me to lose a lot of time.

Could someone please repair this bug…
