I used to be able to buy gem store items and have them gifted to my friend in Poland, but the gem store UI won’t show me his name anymore. Did Anet change gifting to keep people from gifting across regions or something? Or is this a bug?

I’m trying to buy him the Phalanx armor skins so I only have 6 days to find a solution before it’s not in the gem store anymore

Your best bet is to contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Request’ for assistance.

if your friend is online at the time, try typing in the name of the character they are on. I’ve experienced this bug before and that always gets around it.
