Guild Wars 2

I was doing fractals 28 with ‘Saint Templar’, ‘The Prime Darkness’ and my name is ‘Brutric’ in game, and we got to the 3rd fractal when it was bugged after we broke all the seals. There was no way to continue. We wasted more than an hour of our time for nothing.
What can be done here?

Yes please fix the bug on seal stage. After breaking two hand seals, the seals just reset with no monsters there to charge the hammer.

I can confirm this bug, very annoying to deal with at that point and practically stupid that we couldn’t continue or have some mechanic to fall back on to help us out of it.
