[Update]: So i tried contacting customer support and all i got back so far was a "Development Team is aware of this issue and team members currently are working on addressing it. " message. So i’m guessing this will take a while to fix, so meanwhile i’m hoping if someone also encountered this problem , they could share if they had a fix for.

So i took a break from my character , and now upon coming back to it i realized i am unable to finish my personal story , because the next quest line won’t start. Is there any way to fix this or do i just have to deal with the fact that arena net broke my character with the story changes they made?

I’d like to mention that the personal story is really important to me when playing a character, so i’d be willing to redo the personal story with him if that is what it takes, if a GM can’t reset the progress from 0 or at least from a chapter that will make my character be able to finish all of it.

This is a guess on my part, but it looks like you have the Living Story activated. I think you’ll have to re-activate your personal story instead to play it. You can only have one active at a time

^What he said. Choose Personal Story, rather than Living Story, from the options in the Hero Panel.

That’s the problem though , i can’t activate the personal story back. I have no option to do so. Even if i pick quit this episode in the living story season 2.
