Guild Wars 2

Both of my utility skill spots 8 and 9 will not change. I’ve tried to change them from the hero window and from the utility bar its self. My healing skill and spot 7 work fine. I’ve tied reloading the game, but the problem remains.

Same here spot 8 do not change the skill , is that supposed to be like that ? I do not think so …. but still … what to do ?

Same for me. I made new character now lvl 31. Use book for lvl 20 and some tome of knowledge to lvl up. Utility slot 9 cant change skills. 6,7,8 work for me.

Having the same issue here now on all but my lvl 62 character
any idea how to fix it???

You unlocked them pre-patch right?
At the moment the slots are levelgated like this
Slot 1 is unlocked at lvl 1
Slot 2 is unlocked at lvl 2
Slot 3 is unlocked at lvl 4
slot 4 is unlocked at lvl 7
slot 5 is unlocked at lvl 10
slot 6 is unlocked at lvl 1 (heal skill)
slot 7 is unlocked at lvl 13
slot 8 is unlocked at lvl 24
slot 9 is unlocked at lvl 35
slot 10 is unlocked at lvl 40 (elite skill)
