Can not start skill point challenge
All the skillpoints involving those spectral guardians throughout Orr are bugged. They are able to be completed once after server restart and then they remain dead forever / disappear completely / turn perma-friendly.

If you can find a guardian with a staff it is possible for them to fix this skill challenge. I believe it involves casting the spell Line of Warding on the spot where he is standing. I’m not sure of the details but this is how I was able to complete it.

The mob just completely disappeared on Fort Aspenwood; I’m a guardian with a staff so I thought I’d go and see if I could get him out but no luck.
