Guild Wars 2

Okay since this new event hit on this area. 2 events are stuck and keeps bugging me. It has been 5 days and those events are stuck.
The event is about protecting some bunch of citizens in applenook but there are no waves of pirate coming to kill just one citizen.

The other event is about protecting the 1st caravan you will encounter in that area. That caravan still stuck on the same area and not moving.

Which server/world are you on where these are stuck?

Only 1 citizen left and no waves of enemies been coming since day 5.
2nd Event NPC seems stuck and have not been moving on its original route since Day 5.

I think the Clock Work Event bugs this 2 event!!!
