Had some gear in my bank from a character who had dyed it Sapphire blue. That character was deleted and started another, who has equipped that stored gear. Now.. can’t change the color of anything. Everything I have her equip ends up Sapphire Blue, even if I remove all color and start over. I don’t even have Sapphire Blue in the current palette of colors!
