Can't Open Trading Post
As far as I recall it seems the US and China versions of the game use a different Trading Post. Maybe it’s somehow related to your issue.

My friend from China cannot open the trading post. She has the US version of the game, but since a few patches ago she has been unable to open the trading post. I have to log in to her account and access stuff for her. How does she fix this issue?
