I was attempting to sell loot, but when I right clicked an item to sell, it didn’t even have a “sell on Trading Post” option. I checked some stuff like crafting materials, and it’s doing the exact same thing. I could sell stuff perfectly fine an hour before it happened, but nothing has a sell option.

I’m not seeing this (not was anyone else in DR recently), so I recommend you create a support ticket and worth with the tech team to trouble shoot what’s going on. You can also check out the stickies in the tech forum, including the one about clearing your GW2 cache file.
