Guild Wars 2

Recently, I have had some issues with the /map and /say chat sections -
When I try to type it says “Your message has been suppressed due to excessive messaging” and I don’t think its because I was chatting “excessively” cause I was only chatting for a few lines so I thought this might be a bug? or too many people are chatting? I’m not sure, that’s why I’m asking the community

It mutes you for like 5-10 minutes if you say 2-3 things in a row
