Something I noticed that started a week or so ago, when I’m trying to transmute two items in order to switch the upgrade (i.e. sigil, gem, rune), I’m not able to do it. This started the same time the Hall of Monuments transmutes broke.
The result is that I no longer want to purchase Karma gear. Why would I purchase it, and place an upgrade in the item, then not be able to transmute the upgrade out? I’m basically losing that upgrade forever since Karma gear can’t be salvaged.
Have you tried transmuting while not wearing the gear. I believe it was the 10/1 update that took away the ability to transmute while wearing gear due to it causing some bug. I have no problems transmuting my HoM or Karma gear once they have been unequipped.
