As a co-founder of a guild, with full permissions, I can’t withdraw from the bank sometimes for some reason.

Friend (leader) dropped some rare rifles for me, I can’t fetch them. I figured they were soulbound to my friend, but then I dropped in some ingredients for him, now I can’t withdraw them to make into neater stacks of the same item. I can only put into the guild bank.

I believe you are saying that the other co-founder is the one with the actual title of ‘Guild Leader’ and that you hold a rank that has all permissions enabled for it?

If the other co-founder is technically holding the ‘Guild Leader’ rank, have them un-check and re-check the Withdraw Permissions on your rank. Or if you are able to do it yourself then try it. Perhaps it is showing it as checked but it is bugged and isn’t actually checked.
