Guild Wars 2

Every time I try to go to Sanctum sprint the game teleports me into a PvP match in the mists! I can’t complete half of the achievements because I can’t even access the mini game area.

I’m playing a level 22 Mesmer on the Aurora Glade server, but the problem doesn’t seem to affect anyone else on my sever. Can someone please fix the problem.

Ah – another player has helped me. The problem seems to be caused by asking the NPC to explain the game before you try to go to the mini game. If you just ask him to take you there straight away, it works properly.

It’s still a bug, but at least I can access the sprint area now.

You need to say you are ready to go at the first dialog or you will be sent into a PvP match. This seems to be a pretty consistent but and I’m sure they will eventually fix it.

For those that get sent into a match by mistake, quit to character select and then reload character and you should be back at the racing start NPC. (I’m sure this must bugger some PvP matches in some way but I’m not familiar enough with PvP to say how).
