Guild Wars 2

As of today, there have been instances where my character refuses to follow any of my commands. I mash my skill keys hoping to get some sort of response, but nothing. I mash my F key attempting to gather, loot, or resurrect, but it seems that none of these context-sensitive actions work, either. I try typing messages in chat, but they’re severely delayed. Walking and opening up UI windows are the only actions that work normally. Poor connectivity’s usually to blame for these issues, but that doesn’t seem to be the case this time — other characters’ actions and conversations would continue happening in real-time whenever these issues were taking place. If I was just lagging, everything else would be halted. I found that logging out and logging back in would fix the issue, but only for a few minutes before the game refuses to respond again. Is anyone else experiencing the same problems?
