i go to the gem store in game and go under the buy gems…first time ive done it
click 1600 for 20$ and pick new credit card, to use my debit.
put in all my info…. tho it dosent have guildes like most websites….
sometimes they want you to put the spaces in the cc number…sometimes they dont care..

sometimes they need the last 3 numbers on the back of the card…sometimes they need the first 4. so…. the whole info window is a fail.
BUT everything seems ok and fine…all my billing address that is the same addess my bank uses.so the next button finally ungreys meaning im all ready to move along
…and then im stuck.

in the next window it says my purchase should be displayed…its not…and the only button i can use is “back”…and i can’t finalize my purchase.

so.Anet, you want my money or what,

Are you on Mac or pc?

And as far as I have seen with purchasing gems on gw2, the data they request is always consistent; no spaces in the credit card #, they do want your ccv#, they never need the first 4 (since those are typically just a repeat of the last 4 digits of the card #).

I had an issue with purchasing gems since September where I would get a parse error every time I’d try to complete the transaction. I could enter all info, confirm my info and purchase details, but then when I would purchase… Parse error! I used my hubs Mac and pc and both worked. I am on a Mac, for me, deleting the contents of the gw2 folder (the one that contains the config file, NOT the application folder) and opening the game to let those files redownload fixed my problem and I haven’t had one since with gems.

Found this and remembered your post, it was posted by anet. This might help if you are on pc. If it doesn’t work, I highly recommend submitting a ticket.

Hi FireFlame – If you’re still experiencing this issue, I would like you to delete the Temporary Cache for Guild Wars 2. To do this:
1. In Windows, press the “Start” button and locate the “Search programs and files” bar at the bottom of the start menu.
2. Type in temp exactly as shown. (With the precent signs)
3. Press “Enter” and a new window should appear with the location of “C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp”
4. Locate the folder labeled "gw2cache-{RANDOM NUMBERS} and delete it.
After doing this, please try running Guild Wars 2 again.
Hope this helps!
