I am trying to purchase more gems, but I keep getting the message “Card approval failed- we appreciate your continuing purchases. Please contact customer support to confirm your identity before making additional purchases.” I had bought gems prior to this (today) with no problems at all, so I am thinking it is something to do with the game or my information. I am willing to give any information that I can to solve this problem as I would like to buy more gems from you guys. I hope someone can help me!

At the top of this page, click on the “Support” link, then “Ask a Question” to contact customer support. This isn’t an issue we can address on the forum, but they should be able to help you out.
Try removing card information (click delete icon on saved credit card) and entering card information again.
