Guild Wars 2

I’m not sure im posting in the right part of the forum but here goes nothing.

Since today I have had issues when going from one map to another. I get to the loading screen and then the game crashes giving me a error message that I can’t seem to find when searching the forums. Will attach screenshot.

Anyone else having this issue?

It seems to happen when I use a waypoint and not when I try and go to another map on foot.

First, start a support ticket:

That error message pops up any time there’s an issue with your connection to the “authentication server,” i.e. the part of ANet’s network that checks if you have a valid account (which it does on login, periodically, and often when you change maps). There are all sorts of reasons that happens, many of which are unrelated to the game’s software or ANet’s network.

So work with the support team; they can help track it down.
